By visiting or shopping at livingcove.com (the “Site”) or using any related services offered by Living Cove, a brand owned and operated by AJE Payments LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”), you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Site and Services. If you do not agree to all the Terms of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Non-defective returns due to change of mind are generally not accepted. Specific conditions apply for damaged or defective items, delayed/lost in transit items, and items returned to sender. 3. Product Information and Variation We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors, shades, textures, and other features, are provided by our suppliers and manufacturers. Living Cove assumes no liability whatsoever for any variations, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect.

  Certain products, particularly those made from natural materials or handcrafted, may inherently have variations in size, color, texture, and finish. Such variations are normal characteristics and are not considered manufacturing defects.

4. Order Acceptance and Pricing
   The receipt of an order confirmation (either by order number or email) does not constitute our acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Living Cove reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Living Cove reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). Certain orders may constitute improper use of the Site. Living Cove reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at Living Cove’s sole discretion.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site shall be resolved through confidential arbitration conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. You agree that any arbitration award may be entered and enforced in any court having jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Living Cove and Aje Payments LLC retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any state or federal court located in Wyoming to protect their intellectual property rights. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts for that purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms shall be joined with any other proceeding involving another party subject to these Terms.
