1. Estimated Shipping and Delivery Times
Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided on each product page and during the checkout process. Please note that these are only estimated times and are subject to the availability of products from our fulfillment partners and/or manufacturer’s production schedules. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a new estimated shipment date. At that time, you will have the option to either keep the order as is, cancel the specific item, or cancel the entire order. We will endeavor to keep you updated on any issues that may arise due to production delays or supply chain disruptions. If a problem occurs, we will alert you as soon as we are made aware.

2. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
