Return & Refunds Policy

At Living Cove, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, we follow a strict returns process to ensure all claims are handled quickly and accurately.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns for items that are:

  • Damaged during delivery, or

  • Defective / not functioning as intended, or

  • Not as described (wrong item, missing parts, incorrect color/size)

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or non-defective items.

You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.

 

How to File a Claim (Required)

To process your claim, please email contact@livingcove.com with:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos of the issue (required):

    • Product damage or defect

    • Outside shipping box

    • Shipping label AND SKU sticker from packaging

  3. Short description of the problem

Do not return any item without receiving instructions from us. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

 

Resolution Options

After reviewing your claim, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, OR

  • Provide a full refund, OR

  • Provide a prepaid return label (if required by supplier)

You will never pay return shipping for defective items.

 

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Once approved, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days

  • Your bank/card provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to finalize the credit

 

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun or the order has been handed off to the warehouse.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@livingcove.com.
We will attempt to stop the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

 

Lost / Delivered-But-Not-Received Orders

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

  1. Check with neighbors / building delivery office

  2. Contact us if not found after 10 days

If a shipment is confirmed lost or the carrier cannot provide proof of delivery, we will issue a refund or a replacement.

 

Items Returned to Sender

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect / incomplete address entered by customer

  • Customer refusal of delivery

  • Failure to pick up delivery

The order is considered abandoned and is not eligible for refund.

A new order will be required for reshipment.
