Estimated Delivery

You’ll find an estimated delivery window right below the “Add to Cart” button for each item. While delivery times may vary, we aim to deliver your order within days of it being shipped.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders, no matter the size, within the continental United States. We’re working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations.

Order Confirmation

You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details, estimated delivery time, and shipping address.

Order Processing

We’ll begin preparing your order for shipment and coordinating with our delivery partners.

Order Pickup & Tracking

Once your order is picked up, you’ll receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date from the carrier.

Delivery

On the day of delivery, you’ll receive an “Out for delivery” notification. Your items will be delivered to your doorstep.

Returns Policies

30-Day Return Window

You must file a return or refund request within 30 days of the delivery date. The products that are eligible to be returned, will be marked on the product’s page.

Order Cancellations

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been processed for shipping.

Non-Defective Returns

We do not accept returns for non-defective items due to a change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to return it.

Required Documentation

  • Photo of the receipt.
  • Photo of the shipping label.
  • SKU code or Item No. from the package.
  • Photo of the outer packaging (to check for damage).
  • Photos of the product and the damaged/defective area.
  • Screenshots of any relevant communication.

Delayed in Transit/No Tracking

If there’s no tracking update for 15 business days (from the latest tracking information), please contact us. Note: This does not apply during holidays, extreme weather, or other unusual circumstances.

Destroyed in Transit

If your order is damaged during transit (as shown by tracking), provide a screenshot of the tracking information for a refund request. Compensation will be determined based on the damage.

Returned to Sender (Except Wrong Address)

If a customer refuses delivery or returns an item for reasons other than defects, the customer is responsible for any resulting losses.

Delivered but Not Received

If delivery exceeds the estimated time by 10 days or more and proof of delivery cannot be provided, please contact us. Compensation will depend on the logistics provider’s claim outcome.

Claim Period

Claims for damaged, wrong, or missing items must be filed within 30 days of delivery. For undelivered items, the claim period is 60 days from the shipment date.

Incomplete Information

We may request additional, clearer photos or videos if the initial submission is unclear.

After-Sales Service

For any product issue, please provide the required documentation promptly.
